Fleurs de Villes at Metrotown
Fleurs de Villes, Canada’s premiere Floral Mannequin Series, returns to Greater Vancouver from April 5 to April 9, 2017 at Metropolis at Metrotown, the second stop on the event’s inaugural cross-Canada tour.
Fleurs de Villes at Metrotown
For five days, Metropolis at Metrotown will host a spectacular array of stunning fashion focused floral displays – bringing the best in local design to the forefront. Shoppers can peruse the displays, snap photos and vote for their favourite mannequin for a chance to win exclusive prizes.
On Saturday, April 8th, a day-long pop-up market will offer a chance to purchase fresh-cut flowers, bouquets, bedding plants, pots and other gardening supplies inside the shopping centre.
Fleurs de Villes, co-founded by Vancouverites Tina Barkley and Karen Marshall, is the first event of its kind to combine fashion and flowers in Canada. Imagine more than a dozen bespoke, floral-dressed mannequins, each clothed in a one-of-a-kind design made up of hundreds of fresh blooms created by a top Greater Vancouver florist including Pretty Things Florist & Designer Gifts, Our Little Flower Company, and Quince Fine Florals.
