BridgeWater, by Hollyburn Properties, is set to be the first high rise rental built in North Vancouver in over 35 years, and they’re celebrating their community. BridgeWater will also feature resort-style amenities, incorporating a rooftop terrace with community gardens, an outdoor dining area complete with telescope viewing, barbecue, fire pit, lounging areas, and a giant chess board – encouraging a sense of community. In addition, residents of BridgeWater will have access to an onsite state of the art fitness facility and a resident lounge with kitchenette, for entertaining.
Located next to the City of North Vancouver Civic Plaza, adjacent to the City Library and minutes from some of the best local schools and community centres, the new homes also boast convenient transit to Vancouver’s bustling downtown core.

I like the Hollyburn Mountain Trail. Just had a great hike there over the weekend. Lots of dogs on trail.

Try dog mountain. It’s very easy for beginners and will be light for your doggie!

Kings Mill Walk over the Automall Bridge is a winner: on the water with a spectacular view to downtown, fully enclosed and even a dog wash at the main gate to rinse Fido when they’re done swimming. Oh yeah … steps down to the water, picnic tables and cool red chairs make it chillaxing-friendly, too. ?
I love “Baden Powell” as it spans so far and wide…you could hike it from Lynn Canyon all the way to the peak of Grouse Mountain. How cool is that?
