BridgeWater, by Hollyburn Properties, is set to be the first high rise rental built in North Vancouver in over 35 years, and they’re celebrating their community. The new building, in the Central Lonsdale neighbourhood, will be pet friendly, have open concepts, a great range of amenities, a rooftop patio, and more.

About BridgeWater

Surrounded by nature and minutes away from restaurants, boutique shops and entertainment options, BridgeWater will feature 130 thoughtfully designed rental suites, including one and two bedroom condominiums, ten town homes and six two-bedroom penthouses.

Designed by Rafii Architects Inc. the 14-storey concrete building has a stylish, contemporary design enveloped by spectacular ocean and mountain views.

The homes, ranging from 480 to 1,200 square feet, will be showcased by luxury vinyl wood plank flooring, composite stone countertops, an Energy Efficient appliance package, including a stainless steel dishwasher, washer and dryer, modern LED light fixtures and oversized windows to bring in natural light.

BridgeWater will also feature resort-style amenities, incorporating a rooftop terrace with community gardens, an outdoor dining area complete with telescope viewing, barbecue, fire pit, lounging areas, and a giant chess board – encouraging a sense of community. In addition, residents of BridgeWater will have access to an onsite state of the art fitness facility and a resident lounge with kitchenette, for entertaining.

Located next to the City of North Vancouver Civic Plaza, adjacent to the City Library and minutes from some of the best local schools and community centres, the new homes also boast convenient transit to Vancouver’s bustling downtown core.

Kings Mill Walk over the Automall Bridge is a winner: on the water with a spectacular view to downtown, fully enclosed and even a dog wash at the main gate to rinse Fido when they’re done swimming. Oh yeah … steps down to the water, picnic tables and cool red chairs make it chillaxing-friendly, too. ?
