byThe 22nd annual Vancouver Wellness Show is bringing workshops, demos, healthy activities and products together under one roof at the Vancouver Convention Centre East from Friday, February 14th to Sunday, February 16th.
Show highlights this year include the Organic Market Section Presented By Nesters Market along with a series of workshops, seminars and demos on the Celebrity Cooking Stage, the Fitness Demo Stage, and the Living Well Seminar Stage.
There will be a Kids Activity Area, RawSome Living Area, Natural Beauty Area, Wellness Workshops, and a variety of exhibitors with the latest and greatest in nutrition, active living, beauty, healthy aging, pet health, mental well-being, and much more.
Show hours are 12:00pm to 7:00pm on Friday, 10:00am to 7:00pm on Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Tickets are $14.50* (general admission), $12.50* (seniors), $6* (children 6-15), children 5 and under are free. You can also purchase a 3-day pass for $28*. Discount tickets are available online and tickets will be available at the door (cash-only). *All prices include GST. All seminars, demos, workshops are included in the price of admission.

Would love to learn about organc/raw/gmo free products
When lying in bed at night, think of 5 good things that happened that day, and go to sleep in a positive mood.
Tip – do one things every day for your health.
Drink 8 glasses a day!
Before going to sleep every night , “Say the magic words:” Thank you for the best thing(s) that happened during the day, for whoever has gratitude will be given more, and will have an abundance. “Count Your Blessings” and say thank-you as you drift off to sleep. For example: Thank you for the gift of health that is keeping me alive; thank you for my wonderful heart that beats and allows me to be healthy. Thank you for my ears that allow me to hear wonderful sounds and blessed music. Thank-you. Thank-you. Thank-you. The Gift of Health is truly precious.:)
Get at least 8 hours of sleep.
Try to get some exercise in everyday. From minimal to hardcore- whatever you can do, and have time for.

One of the biggest barriers to a happy life is stress.
Take some time everyday, even if just a few minutes, to close your eyes and meditate.
You’ll be amazed what a few minutes can do for the mind.
It can be stinky, but eat a little bit of garlic every day.

Try a new physical activity; it will revitalize your interest in exercise.
Every 20 mins take a break from staring at a computer screen by looking about 20 feet away for 20 seconds!

Sitting and standing with good posture have done amazing things for my general well-being (especially back wellness!)
I try to have a fresh cold pressed green juice every day. Love juicing!
Most people need about 6 to 8 hours of sleep each night. Sleep is right up there with diet and exercise as an important part of health and wellness. Sleep is natural, healing, and restorative 🙂

Eat a plant-based diet, as many whole foods as you can. Start and end each day with a warm hug from your kid:)

Feeling a cold coming on? Let a few drops of hydrogen peroxide bubble in each ear 3 times a day.

Love yourself by surrounding yourself with positive people and reassess the need in your life for those negative ones. Negative always draws more energy.

Keep yourself healthy on a daily basis. At the first indication of a cold coming on, take a few drops of Oregano Oil (in water) and you will be back to 100% in no time!
Don’t try to find the closest parking spot to wherever you’re going, the extra steps will add up to health benefits in the course of a busy life.
