Fan Expo Vancouver 2013: Stan Lee, Sean Astin, Jonathan Frakes, Tom Felton, and More

You may have seen the teaser images already announcing a few of the special guests at this year’s Fan Expo Vancouver but organizers still have a few surprises up their sleeves for Comicon Hollywood North that’s coming in April.

Over 17,000 people visited Fan Expo at the Vancouver Convention Centre last year (including my 8 year old nephew who was beyond excited) and the show entirely sold out its first day. This year you can once again look forward to special guests, exhibitor areas, Q&A sessions, sketching duals, and more to see over on the East side of the convention centre. Fan Expo Vancouver will also host the fourth annual Canadian Videogame Awards on April 20, 2013.

Special guests confirmed so far include:

• Stan Lee (Spider-Man, X-Men, Iron Man, The Hulk, The Avengers)
• Norman Reedus (The Boondock Saints, The Walking Dead)
• Sean Patrick Flannery (The Boondock Saints, Young Indiana Jones)
• Tia Carrere (Relic Hunter, Wayne’s World)
• Elvira (Mistress of the Dark)
• James Marsters & Juliet Landau (Angel, Buffy the Vampire Slayer)
• Soska Twins (American Mary)
• Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter)
• Sean Astin (The Goonies, Lord of the Rings)
• Jonathan Frakes (Cmdr William T. Riker in Star Trek: The Next Generation)

Tickets are now on sale for Fan Expo Vancouver happening April 20th and April 21st, 2013 from 10:00am to 7:00pm on Saturday and 10:00am to 5:00pm on Sunday. Follow along on Facebook and Twitter for more exciting announcements and event information in the weeks to come.
