This is an international event with Macaron Days happening overseas, in New York, and in Toronto. French Made Baking also teamed up with Pâtisseries et Gourmandises d’Olivier in Quebec to promote the event nationally.

Macarons (not to be confused with macaroons) are meringue-based confections commonly filled with buttercream or jam. The selection at Thierry includes vanilla, coconut, lychee, coffee, pink praline, chocolate caramel, lime, passion fruit, lemon, and more.
