One year when I was teaching Gitksan Language & Culture, I was able to get a video on the National Aboriginal Awards. I showed this video to my students; it could have planted a seed for some of them to achieve their dream.

I am here working as a coordinator for the First Nations Education Centre, I would like to add a few of these dvd’s in our resource center.

Can you help me access the dvd’s or direct me to where I can purchase them.

    thank you

    Katie

AT THE PRESENT TIME, I AM NOT AWARE OF ANY OTHER 1ST NATIONS COMMUNITY THAT HAS A CHOIR AS OLD AS OURS. THERE ARE ALSO PICTURES OF THE OLD HARTLEY BAY CHOIR. MY FATHER HAS BEEN IN THIS CHOIR EVER SINCE HE WAS A YOUNG MAN, HE IS NOW 79 YEARS OLD.
