Our Experience with Nordica Photography
byWe were fortunate enough to have Cole and Jakob from Nordica Photography approach us to do a couples photoshoot. After months of trying to connect we finally met up in the West End where John and I posed and smooched for what seemed to be our engagement photos (just 5 years later).
I didn’t know they would select Lost Lagoon as a location for the shoot but I’m glad they did as it was named by one of my personal heroes, Pauline Johnson.
One thing we didn’t really have at our wedding in 2006 was an official photographer. We have some great shots by family and friends however having a professional can make a world of difference.
Having met them a few times and now having worked with them, we both fully endorse Nordica Photography. These guys know what they’re doing. They plot out the art direction, are super quick, and most importantly they let you have fun.
You can view a few other photos from our session under my NordicaPhotography tag on Flickr.
As a side note, John and I both had our hair cut recently by Minoo at Envy Hair Studio on Denman.

Great pictures, although they’re so sweet I think I’m feeling a little tooth decay coming on.
Great shots, Cole and Jakob are great photographers. 🙂
nice flow ! great Shots !
Now there are two people in love
Great pictures Rebecca
Love the picture of you two sitting on the fallen tree…
Reminds me of a song we sang as kids…Rebecca and John sitting in a tree…k i s s i n g…haha
Actually,I thought it represented something else to me..something like the tree of life…since the two of you are sitting down by the roots that is the beginning..and yeah,I would say you are sitting at about a 5 year mark on that tree…think about all the years ahead and wonderful experiences the two of you will share..and that is a mighty big tree
hear you on the wedding photos.
those are all great photos.
Great pictures Rebecca and John! I’m glad to see Nordica did these pictures. I met them at a charity function (Hearts for Haiti) and they were really nice guys!
