Canada Day 2010 is almost here and over the last few weeks I have been profiling events from Whistler to Langley that are (mostly) free and fun for the whole family including the re-lighting of the Olympic cauldron downtown.

Port Moody: Join us for entertainment by the Lindbjerg Academy, a cupcake and some lemonade. Please note there is very limited parking at Rocky Point Park from July 1-4; find a spot at Inlet Field or the West Coast Express lot. Or better yet, take advantage of courtesy shuttles and bike racks provided by Golden Spike Days.
When: Thursday, July 1, 2010
Where: Main Stage at Rocky Point Park, Port Moody
Time: Ceremony starts at 1:10pm, followed by refreshments at approximately 1:35pm
