Beer pairing dinners are a great way to get to know a brewery, be inspired for meal ideas, and of course delight your taste buds with perfectly matched flavours.

Okanagan Spring‘s Brewmaster Stefan Tobler is hosting a special Brewmaster’s Dinner at Mamie Taylor’s restaurant in Vancouver’s Chinatown on Thursday, May 28th. The event will feature several Okanagan Spring Beers, including the new Sonder Hefeweizzen, paired with a fantastic four course meal designed by Mamie’s Taylor‘s Chef Tobias Grignon.

Tickets $45 (+ tax) and can be purchased online.

The event is sponsored by 102.7 The Peak — and as an added bonus, the Peak’s afternoon host, James Sutton will be in attendance.
