Just like last year, we rung in the New Year with John‘s family in Iowa. Yesterday he took me out for a bit of a drive and we went on a wintery photowalk — our last of 2009.

Myself and my husband moved to Vancouver 2 years ago — we both grew up in Iowa and met at ISU. In fact I’m there now until the 4th. Glad to know there’s another Iowan in town.
