While you take in the Spring air, the local food vendors, and of course, the blossoming cherry trees around the park, the VCBF has curated a lineup of local musical acts for the Cherry Jam Concert for you to enjoy. Whether you want to relax with family and friends on a blanket (or one of the Petal Mats) or you want to get up and dance, the Big Picnic has got something for everyone. Musical performers include Chibi Taiko, MNGWA, Now or Never, Tom Landa, DJ ICE B, and more to be added.
The event also includes a morning outdoor yoga class, a special opening featuring performances from Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh performers, interactive crafts, a special screening of the film In Full Bloom, and more.
