byLast year during a sound check for Voices in the Park, Sarah McLachlan told media she wasn’t worried about hosting her concert this late in the season, “September is always nice in Vancouver!” I guess that’s when it sunk in for me. September is always nice. Sure, we get a taste of autumn with a bit of drizzle and a few leaves making an early departure from their limbs above, but we always get a nice little stretch of sunshine to keep us warm and happy until it becomes time to get our sweaters out.
