Eat breakfast everyday, Oatmeal is the best!
Try an apple for energy instead of coffee
Cut your sugar intake, try stevia instead (lots of “portable” options available, so no excuses)
Veggies should take up half your plate, protein and starch, a quarter.
Stock up on veggies to snack on. Peel and cut them up all at once-most keep well if refrigerated in a bit of water.
Go for dark greens and broccoli daily if possible.
A piece of dark chocolate for cravings is yummy and good for you (in moderation).
Love life and spread it around.
