12 Days of the Canadian Mint Giveaway in Vancouver
byLast month the Canadian Mint opened a boutique on Granville Street. Following the pavilion’s success during the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games, their coins and collectibles are available for browsing and purchase until February, 2011.Â
I have exclusively partnered with the Mint for a special contest running today until Christmas Eve. Each day a limited-edition winter sport silver hologram coin (valued at $71.95) will be up for grabs. Visit this post each day for a code, the first person who walks into the Mint at 752 Granville street and says the code to a staff member will win the coin.Â
Codes are underlined in the “song†below and will be updated daily anytime between 11:00am and 3:00pm until December 24, 2010.

Sweet! Those coins are beautiful. Too bad I don’t live closer to downtown 🙁
I managed to get the 1st day of Christmas which is a beautiful coin. 🙂
I only got there around 20 minutes after this was posted though, so if you’re in the area, you should definitely try to get there. Good luck to everyone else. I hope all the winners like their coin as much as I like mine, and I’ve got my fingers crossed for the grand prize now.
