Local entrepreneurs Anne Forkutza and Tammy Olson will be facing off against Canada’s top CEOs and marketers on tomorrow’s episode of Dragons’ Den. Their pitch will be for their company Domo Tea, a manufacturer and wholesaler of a variety of all natural and organic tea mixes. Their innovation is to take the regular tea-making process and turn into something fun and even easier to enjoy.
Domo’s “Ambassador of Tea” Anne Forkutza says, “In the past 3 years we’ve managed to successfully grow our business by selling our tea in local cafes and restaurants, as well as in retail chains such as Whole Foods, Capers, Thrifty’s, and Urban Fare. We will soon be launching our newest product, the ELIXO – which is an immune-boosting tea that people drink when they feel a cold coming on, or when they’re feeling hungover.” Their promise is that, “you’ll enjoy authentic, organic Japanese matcha tea enhanced with all-natural flavours, in the same time it takes to make a cup of hot chocolate.”
In order to promote their appearance in front of the Dragons tomorrow, Domo Tea has offered up a special prize pack for one Miss604 reader. This includes:
Vanilla Cloud Matcha Tea Tin
Ginger Kiss Matcha Tea Tin
Personal sizes of the following teas:
Caffeine-Free Savanna Vanilla South African Rooibos Tea
Caramel Sutra Chai Tea
Elixo – The Feel Better, Stay Better Drink
