Pick me puhlease. I loves me KD. Used to go down to the Railway Club and watch her in the olden days (when she used to wear cat glasses and wedding dresses on stage).
Oh I have a few people that would love to see the show. 🙂 Count me in on the contest.

I’ll never forget when I saw kd for the first time. It was just after I heard her for the first time on CBC radio, probably Morningside. She was waiting to be interviewed at a cute little radio staion nestled in the trees above Pigeon Park. I had never seen a women like her before, in her big boots, skirt and cowboy shirt. Right away she was my favourite Albertan.
First time I saw her was at Expo 86. She just gets better.
I’ve met KD. She’s an incredibly nice person. what a voice
First – I’m one your blog practically everyday (does that count?); Second, I truly believe kd Lang is a national treasure. I recently saw her on A & E’s Live at the Rehearsal Hall – her presence and her voice was simply out of this world. I write the odd music article for the North Shore News and had the privilege of getting her CD Watershed to review. When I wrote the article I was under a press deadline – it was a fair article but I think after more time with the album, it’s raised its placement in my iTunes favorites. I have a few friends coming into town from the Okanagan – it would be such a great time to be able to join them! Best regards and luck to everyone! Thanks! sk
