Gotta love the CBC… gotta love hockey.

Congrats to Cam Ward on being awarded the Conn Smythe, Brind D’Amour (good BC boy! err man) on leading this team and to the entire Hurricane organization. Geez them Oilers fought like hell though!

It will be a very happy night in Carolina (sportsnet)

Yes! and the plot was perfect, give the Oilers’ fans juuussst enough hope if only to make it hurt even more ;-).

I’d apoligize but i do enjoy disliking the Oilers and I really do like the Hurricanes – though we were wondering if they decided to take Game 6 off so they could win at home?

That said, it was a excellent series with some stellar performances including a Conn Smythe-caliber performance by (sing it now) Fernando Pisani
